Returns & Refunds Policy
Welcome to our Returns & Refunds Policy. At our company, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. Here's what you need to know about returns, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges:
Cancellation & Return Policy:
You have the option to cancel your order for a full refund before receiving your shipment confirmation email with tracking details. However, if you cancel after your order has been dispatched, you'll be responsible for the return shipping charges. Please note that the original shipping fee incurred to send the item to you won't be refunded, even if free shipping was initially offered (our shipping cost to you will be deducted from your refund). Once the bike has shipped, all sales become final, and we regret that refunds or exchanges cannot be provided thereafter.
To initiate a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by a valid reason for return. Additionally, it must be in the original packaging. Please note that we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of $150 at our discretion for any returns or exchanges.
To facilitate your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please refrain from sending back your purchase until you receive written authorization from us.
Mistaken Orders:
If you accidentally order a product, our policy dictates that you'll be subject to the terms outlined herein.
Accessories and Apparel:
Please note that accessories and apparel are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
Refund Process:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We reserve the right to withhold the full value of the refund if the bike is deemed to be in poor condition upon return. A restocking fee of $150 may also apply in such cases. Refunds will be processed promptly and credited back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Exchanges:
We only entertain exchanges for items that are severely defective or extensively damaged. If you believe your situation warrants an exchange or replacement, please contact our support team at contact@maxxitmotors.com.
